This series of electric vehicle DC fuse, battery, mobile lift truck, base station is used for rated voltage DC/AC 125V~150V, rated current 70~600A, 700A-1000A customized fuse capacity of 20kA~50kA, suitable for electric vehicle battery fuse protection, electric vehicle battery diffusion special, the product conforms to GB/T31465.1-2015 and GB/T31465.6-2017 standards.



The fuse is a consumable part, which is composed of a melt pipe, a melt, a filler, etc. The melt is encapsulated in the melt tube, the melt tube is filled (cured) with high-purity quartz sand as the arc extinguishing medium, and the two ends of the melt are formed by spot welding and end cap (or contact knife connection plate) to form a closed tube structure, this product has good vibration resistance and flame retardant performance, and the fuse has the characteristics of small appearance, large rated capacity, high breaking capacity, fast fusing speed and significant current limiting characteristics.
